Big, Heavy, AWESOME. February 19, 2009 G. C. Alvaro (Reykjavik) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I do websites and I wanted a really big mouse pad. In my quest of getting the perfect one, I found out steelseries makes the best pads. Just as simple as that. This is huge. Bigger than my 19" monitor. It's large enough to rest my forearm on it and I still have enough room to do heavy mousing (whatever that is).
The logo is crisp and it's neatly printed. And it looks great! The borders of the pad are also sharp, with no signs yet of detachment. The cloth surface layer is awesome. I tried a lot of mice on it and they all slide perfectly, with the exception of my Microsoft Ergonomic 7000 mouse, which sucks.
The rubber bottom layer will "glue" it on basically any surface. That, and the fact that this is a huge and heavy mouse pad, will make it really really hard to move/slip. It just sticks as it is supposed to.
I was so pleased with it, I will sometime get the 5L pad also from the steelseries folks. They rock!

Perfect gaming mouse pad. It's huge, it's heavy. Just make sure you look at the dimensions before you buy and make sure you got enough room.
Great pad, but HUGE. August 23, 2009 BP 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Dinner placemat huge. My cat sleeps on it like a bed... which is a nuisance, but I like to put my whole arm on the pad and then have more to spare after that.
I can't complain, it does what it was designed and marketed to do. If you want a huge mouse mat, this is the one for you. Well made too. I've gone through at least 30 mouse pads over the years... this is the end all pad. I have all QCK pads, they're the best.
If you want a non-cloth pad, the SteelSeries S&S pad is also amazing, same size as the standard QCK pad. Made by same company. Its uber expensive though...

Your mouse glides on it like water on a nonstick pan and you can control everything you do. If you have any doubts about getting this mousepad just get it and you won't regret it
Big, Solid, Performs as Advertised. January 27, 2010 Robert Kaufman (Salt Lake City, UT United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
As other reviewers have said, this mousepad sticks to my table surface, and my mouse glides on it with no problem. If I were to complain, it would be because I didn't realize it would be so HUGE! Had I realized this, I would have considered one of its smaller brethren, however I cannot complain at all about a 15 x 17" product that is -- indeed -- every bit of 15 x 17". Get this mousepad if you want a good, solid mousing surface. Get one of its smaller cousins if space is at all a concern.
